I. Processing of personal data

A. When you contact us

When you contact us by e-mail or phone, we process the details you give us (first name, surname, e-mail, phone number) to answer your enquiry and, where relevant, to discuss working together. The legal basis is steps taken prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

B. When we work together

When we enter into a contract, we process billing details (name, address, company and VAT ID) and contact details to perform the contract and to meet our legal obligations in accounting, tax and related areas (Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR).

II. Who has access to the data

We share your data only with processors we cannot do without (for example our e-mail provider and payment and accounting services). All processing takes place within the EU. We do not transfer your data to third countries and we never sell it.

III. What else you should know

We keep data from enquiries for no longer than 2 years after our last contact. Data from contracts is kept for the duration of the service and then for as long as the law requires (usually 10 years).

Cookies and analytics: this website uses no advertising or tracking cookies and shows no cookie banner. For anonymous visitor statistics we use self-hosted analytics that collects no personal data.

IV. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it rectified or erased, to restrict its processing, to data portability and to object. To exercise your rights, write to [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; in the Czech Republic this is the Office for Personal Data Protection (ÚOOÚ).
