Everyone leads their own project and we cover for each other. Because we want to, not because a policy says so.
No offices, no open space
Everyone works the way they need to. By the time you get to the office, others have done a week’s work.
You start with the founder
Jaroslav designs the project and builds the first version personally. It is fast because no context gets lost in handover.
The company is contractually liable
The collective takes over operations. Everything is in git, documented and transferable. Nothing depends on one person.
